"In order to be a strong state, Minnesota needs to support strong cities.

Over the past five years I've spent thousands of hours working on the difficult issues facing Duluth. Every major issue - solving retiree healthcare, improving our streets, stopping sewer overflows, fixing the Zoo - requires us to be successful at the Capitol. We need someone in St. Paul who knows these issues inside and out. I do. That's why I'm running.

Duluth needs a leader with proven legislative experience and a record of accomplishment. Duluth needs a leader who can work with people they might not agree with in order to get things done. Duluth needs a leader ready to hit the ground running in January and advocate for our needs.
